Justice, Development, and Peace Commission (JDPC) of the Catholic Diocese of Maiduguri, a faith-based, non-profit organization, normally purchases items/services while running its programs. Established in 1971.
We are inviting eligible businesses/vendors to supply and deliver Agricultural inputs and Vocational Training Kits for the project mentioned (see complete details of items in the table below).

NOTE:
Companies are only allowed to apply for ONE Lot, any double application will be penalized.
i. All quotations must be submitted to the two emails: procurement@jdpcmaiduguri.org and caritasgermanynaigeria@gmail.com on or before 12:00hrs on Tuesday, 13th of February, 2024. Quotations received after this date and time may not be considered.
ii. The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be the best-evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the bidding documents.
iii. In the case of arithmetical error (e.g., discrepancy between unit and total price), the unit price shall prevail, and the total shall be corrected.
Terms and Conditions:
Please provide the following information in your quotation.
- Evidence of registration with CAC
- Evidence of current tax clearance
- Evidence of similar projects completed
- Price validity, the unit price specified should be valid for a minimum period of three (3) months
- Acceptance of JDPC Maiduguri payment terms; 100% payment to be made on delivery and counter signature of goods received note confirming acceptance of goods by JDPC Maiduguri
- Date of quotation, signature, and stamp of legally authorized signatory
- A 5% withholding tax will be deducted from the total amount payable to the vendor.
JDPC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time before the contract or award of Purchase Order of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier(s) or any obligation to inform the affected Supplier(s) of the ground for the JDPC.
