INVITATION FOR TENDER
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ SEDIN, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like to engage a service provider for provision of cleaning services of SEDEC Abuja building.
GIZ is pleased to invite expressions from consulting firms: To ensure that the working environment will be properly maintained (clean and hygienic) inside and outside of the buildings. The following services would be provided:
(a) To clean daily all offices, foyers, passages, hallways, staircases and meeting rooms by sweeping, mopping vacuuming, dusting of floors, removal of waste papers daily, emptying garbage, cleaning carpets/rugs, etc.
(b) Cleaning the refrigerator and other appliances Furniture in offices and meeting rooms to be furniture waxed once a week;
(c) To clean and disinfect daily all washrooms, WCs and kitchen
(d) Washing of windows, inside and outside, once a month;
(e) To report any kind of damage detected within the premises/offices to the Project/Office staff.
(f) Cleaning of cobwebs on walls and ceilings;
(g) Cleaning of office doors and door handles
Interested consulting firms that are interested in bidding can request the detailed bidding documents and complete terms of reference by sending a request email to NG_Quotation@giz.de from 14 December, 2023 to 20 December, 2023. Request sent after 20 December 2023 won’t be accepted or taken into consideration.
All request email should title email subject as “Provision of Cleaning Services (SEDEC)- 83456160” and sent to the designated email address.
If you are interested and have collected bidding documents, the deadline for submitting a detailed proposal is on or before 11 January, 2024.
