INVITATION FOR BID
The Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in line with the State Public Procurement Law (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested companies/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:-
Re- Construction and upgrading of Government Lodge in BuniYadi, Gujba LGA
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
· Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
· Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2020, 2021 & 2022)
· Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2020, 2021 & 2022);
· Company’s profile;
· Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
· Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
(3) Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
(4) Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SSG Yobe State clearly marked Tender document and delivered not later than 12:00 noon on the 2 November, 2023.
(5) A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non- refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00).
(6) Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference hall of the office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs by 12:00 noon on the 2 November, 2023.
