INVITATION TO TENDER
1. Governor’s Office, Yobe State, Damaturu in compliance with the procurement guidelines and Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invites reputable interested bidders/suppliers to submit their tender for the:
• LOT 1 – Supply of 20 Land Cruiser Pickups Brand New
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested Bidders/Suppliers should submit their tender documents along with the following
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
ii. Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022)
iii. Company Audited accounts for three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022)
iv. Company profile;
v. Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank Reference Letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
vi. Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines.
4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the office of the Permanent Secretary Admin, SSG’s office and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours).
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50, 000.00).
6. Bids must be delivered to the Office of the Permanent Secretary Admin, SSG’s Office on or before 26th September, 2023.
7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at the conference Hall SSG’s office, Governor’s office, Damaturu by 12:00 noon on 6th September, 2023.
