PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SERVICES
1. Background
1.1 UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with our

2. Solicitation
2.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFPS”) is to invite proposals for the
