UNIOSUN TEACHING HOSPITAL, OSOGBO
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
TENDERS ARE INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED COMPANIES FOR: PAINTING OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE HOSPITAL PREMISES
Interested Companies must satisfy the following conditions:-
(1) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
(2) Evidence of Registration with UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.
(3) Evidence of Registration as an Engineering Contractor with the Osun State Ministry of Works and Transport.
(4) A non-refundable Tender fee of Fifty thousand Naira (N50,000.00) payable at Accounts Department of UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.
All completed tenders must be submitted with the following:
(i) Company’s Tax clearance certificate for Three (3) years.
(ii) Company’s Profile stating ownership structure.
(iii) Past Projects successfully completed and cost.
(iv) List of Company’s Plant and Equipment.
(v) List of Technical Personnel.
Tender documents are available for collection by companies who satisfy these conditions at Works and Services Department UNIOSUN TEACHING HOSPITAL, OSOGBO.
Interested companies are advised to visit the site of the Project before submitting tender and completion period clearly stated in the tender.
All completed tenders must be returned in sealed envelope with the name of the project “PAINTING OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE HOSPITAL PREMISES” marked on the left hand corner of the envelope on or before 31 October, 2023 and addressed to the CHIEF MEDICAL DIRECTOR, UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.
