UNIOSUN TEACHING HOSPITAL, OSOGBO.
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the underlisted construction works at Oke-Onitea and Iragbiji outreach centers of the Hospital:
(1) A block of consulting offices at Oke-Onitea
(2) Laundry Building and Toilets at both Centers
(3) Patients’ Relative Sheds at both Centers
Interested Contractors must satisfy the following conditions:-
(1) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
(2) Evidence of registration with UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.
(3) Evidence of registration as an Engineering Contractor with the Osun State Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport.
(4) A non-refundable tender fee of N50,000.00 for each of the project, payable at the Accounts Department of UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo
All completed Tenders must be submitted with the following documents:
(1) Company’s Tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years
(2) Company’s profile, stating ownership structure.
(3) Past projects successfully completed and cost.
(4) List of Company’s Plant and Equipment.
(5) List of Technical Personnel.
Tender documents are available for collection by Contractors who satisfy the above conditions at the Works and Services Department of the Hospital.
Interested Contractors are advised to visit the site of the Works between Friday 17 and Thursday 23 November, 2023 before submitting the Tender and completion period clearly stated in the Tender.
Seven (7) copies of all Tenders must be returned in sealed envelope marked the “Name of the Works” on the left hand corner of the envelope on or before Thursday 30 November, 2023 addressed to the Chief Medical Director UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, Osun State.
