INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF THE FOLLOWING HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT

The Management of UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo hereby invites interested/reputable companies to tender for the supply of the following equipment:

6. Evidence of registration with UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital, Osogbo.
7. Letter from Bank or Bank statement.
8. Memo and Article of Association (Limited, Companies)
9. Audited account (Limited, Companies)
10. Registration of certificate with Osun State Bureau of Public Procurement.
11. List of the ongoing and present project where applicable.

Please note:

1. UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital reserves the right to verify claims made by the suppliers.
2. Submission of tender document does not commit UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital Osogbo to awarding contract to a tender.
3. Interested bidders should submit the type of the equipment with the quotations at no cost our establishment.
4. Interested companies who satisfy the above conditions should visit office of the Chief Medical Director for details.
5. All documents which must be acknowledged “received” should be in six (6) copies in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Chief Medical Director UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital Osogbo.
6. All tender documents are to be submitted to the office of the Chief Medical Director latest by two weeks from the date of this publication. (21 Feb. 2024)
