U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA: REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR THE SUPPLY OF HANDHELD AND VEHICLE MOBILE RADIO

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for the following radios:

1. Handheld Radio, Motorola (VHF Handheld: VX-P949, complete set (or equal) – 15
2. Vehicle Mobile Radio (Motorola VHF Vehicle Mobile Radio: APX6500) complete set – 10

You are invited to submit a quotation. The shipping location is:

U.S. Embassy Warehouse

Plot 1129 Durumi District

Near American International School

Abuja.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:

1. Include technical offer (separate from price quote) to include but not limited to complete specifications, samples/pictures, return policy and total shipment weight, past performance history with valid contact information of your past and current customers in the last five (5) years, CAC certification, etc.

along with your quotes.

1. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
2. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent to Abujaprocurement@state.gov with the subject line “RFQ #PR12056679 – Handheld and Vehicle Mobile Radio”
3. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
4. Vendor must include proof of SAM registration and UEI number.
5. Vendors are required to complete the attached form and send along with your quote. Any offer not accompanied by this form will NOT BE eligible for award.
6. Deadline for offer submission is November 24, 2023

Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful vendors may not be contacted.
