U.S EMBASSY, ABUJA: REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR INSTALLATION OF GENERATORS IN BOSTON AND HYATTSVILLE

The site visit for this requirement may not be necessary as the SOW is well detailed. However, if you still need a site inspection, please send your request (names of your representatives) to Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than December 19, 2023, and you will be scheduled for December 21, 2023, by 2pm.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal, please note the following:

1. Submit your proposal in two formats:

1. 1. Your technical proposal which must include but not limited to your methodology for meeting the requirements, performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, past performance history with valid contact information for your past and current customers in the last three (3) years, proof of certification in Caterpillar generator engineering, CAC certification, NDAA certification as attached, etc.
   2. Price proposal
   3. Contractor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
   4. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent to Abujaprocurement@state.gov with the following subject line #PR12138543A – ‘’Installation of Generators in Boston and Hyattsville.’’
   5. Deadline for offer submission is December 27, 2023.

1. FAR and DOSAR clauses apply to this RFQ.
2. Payment term is Net 30.

Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
