REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL-PR12318586 WEBSITE PLACEMENT FOR COLLEGE FAIR VENUE RESERVATION FOR SEPTEMBER 16-17

The U.S. Embassy Abuja requires a vendor to reserve.
Three Ball rooms (two ballrooms for fair and one ballroom for open Colloquium) with the capacity to sit 100 students but in batches of 200 each session on September 16, 2024, for Education USA Annual College fair to include water, one (1) tea break for fifty (50) people only and hall decoration. And one (1) Ball room only to sit 80 participants for Meet and Greet Counselors/Higher Education Institutions on September 17, 2024
