Request for Quote for Supply of Electrical Fittings to U.S Embassy Abuja

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to supply the following electrical fittings:

1. EMERGENCY LIGHT FIXTURE –  50
2. 50W AKT LED SECURITY LIGHT FIXTURE  – 50
3. 100W AKT LED SECURITY LIGHT FIXTURE – 50
4. 200W AKT LED SECURITY LIGHT FIXTURE – 50
5. 300W AKT LED SECURITY LIGHT FIXTURE – 60
6. 120MM LED FITTING – WARM WHITE (12W) – 60
7. ELCB/DB SWITCH – 4 POLE  – 10

You are invited to submit a quotation/proposal.

If quoting within Nigeria, the shipping location is:

Embassy Warehouse
Plot 1129 Durumi District
Near American International School
Abuja.

If quoting from the U. S, the shipping location is:

2801 Route 130 Unit 1,
Attn: IKUN LLC, North Brunswick NJ
08902 USA.

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal., please note the following: 

1. Please include performance schedule, complete specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, shipment weights/dimensions along without prices – Price Quote should be a different document from this to be considered
2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be sent by email to Abujaprocurement@state.gov with the following subject line  “RFQ #PR11944413 – ELECTRICAL FITTINGS”
4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
5. Due to new Government requirement for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and FAR 52.204-26, please you are required to complete the attached form and send along with your quote. Any offer not accompanied by this form will NOT eligible for award.
6. Deadline for offer submission is September 20, 2023.
7. Each offer must be in two separate attachments as below:
   1. Technical Proposal: Which includes your technical so`, methodology, schedule, etc for meeting the requirements, CAC certification, as well as  your past experience [3 years minimum with contact information (email address/phone number) of past and current clients], etc.
   2. Financial Proposal

FAR 52.212-4 (Commercial Items) as well as Net 30 Payment Terms. apply to this RFQ.

Oral quotations will not be accepted.
