INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE & FITTINGS FOR SELECTED PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTRES (PHCs) IN IKWERRE, OBIO/AKPOR, AKUKU TORU AND EMOHUA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF RIVERS STATE UNDER THE ADOPT-A-HEALTHCARE FACILITY PROGRAM (ADHFP)
The Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PSHAN) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the furnishing and provision of basic medical equipment to selected Primary Healthcare Centres in Ikwerre, Obio-Akpor, Akuku Toru, and Emohua Local Government Areas of Rivers State.
The items include but are not limited to basic Primary Health Care Centre (PHC) furnishings, fittings, and small-sized medical equipment. The initiative aims to significantly improve healthcare delivery in the local communities, ensuring access to essential medical equipment and a conducive healthcare environment.
Key conditions for prospective tenderers include the following:
(1) There must be evidence of company registration under the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and relevant professional/regulatory bodies.
(2) Bidders are to submit the following documents:
(a) Company profile, including registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization.
(b) Evidence of three similar completed projects.
(c) Evidence of three projects completed within the localities mentioned.
(d) 3-year audited account and tax clearance.
(e) Proof of financial capability supported by 6 months of company bank statements.
(f) Affidavit on company integrity to demonstrate that none of the officials of the intended State Ministry of Health, State Primary Health Care Management Board, and the intended Local Government, is a director, shareholder, or has any fiduciary relationship with the company.
(3) Interested companies are required to submit both hard and soft copies of the documents listed above within 10 days of the date of this publication (not later than November 6, 2023) to

This Invitation to Tender shall not attract any costs to the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria on account of responses from intending bidders, and the process can be terminated at any time without any explanation if deemed necessary by the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria.
