INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE RENOVATION OF SELECTED PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTRES (PHCs) IN IKWERRE, OBIO-AKPOR, AKUKU TORU AND EMOHUA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF RIVERS STATE UNDER THE ADOPT-A- HEALTHCARE FACILITY PROGRAM (ADHFP)
The Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PSHAN) invites all eligible bidders for the renovation of selected Primary Healthcare Centres in Ikwerre, Obio-Akpor, Akuku Toru, and Emohua Local Government Areas of Rivers State – to amplify healthcare accessibility and quality for the local community.
The items include but are not limited to the construction of drains, roof, paving and landscaping, mechanical and electrical services installation, revitalization of wall, floor, and ceiling surfaces (fence, buildings, etc.), and the installation of signages.
Key conditions for the prospective tenderers:
(1) Company registration under the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and relevant professional/regulatory bodies is mandatory.
(2) The annual turnover of the bidding company must not be less than 10 million Naira, preferably in the last three years.
(3) Bidders are to submit the following:
(a) Company profile details, including registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization with details of professional/educational qualification and experience of key personnel indicated.
(b) Evidence of three similar completed projects.
(c) Evidence of three projects completed within the localities mentioned.
(d) 3-year audited account and tax clearance.
(e) Evidence of financial capability supported by 6 months of company bank statements.
(f) Affidavit on company integrity to demonstrate that none of the officials of the intended State Ministry of Health, State Primary Health Care Management Board, and the intended Local Government, is a director, shareholder, or has any fiduciary relationship with the company.
(4) Interested companies should submit, both hard and soft copies of the required documents listed above within 10 days of the date of this publication (not later than November 6, 2023) to

This Invitation to Tender shall not attract any costs to the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria on account of responses from intending bidders, and the process can be terminated at any time without any explanation if deemed necessary by the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria.
