Quotation: Supply of IEC/Visibility Materials
Oxfam is a global development organization working in Nigeria to influence policy change to benefit the poor and vulnerable, focusing on areas such as food security, supporting farmers, and promoting gender and economic justice. As the PPROSELL Project approaches its end, the project team has commenced close-out activities in the communities and LGAs. During these sessions, it will be important to ensure adequate visibility is given to the European Union, Oxfam, and Development Exchange Centre (DEC) by the Project Team and other stakeholders.
Hence the need for the procurement of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials. These items (T-shirts, Face-Caps), when procured and distributed, will constantly remind all relevant stakeholders of the project gains, its funder, and the implementing partners even beyond the project. This will be done by ensuring that the logos and emblems of the European Union, Oxfam, and Development Exchange Centre are properly embossed on the procured items. The project will take into consideration the EU policy regarding visibility and ensure adherence to EU visibility and communication.

Bidding Process
Interested bidders must submit the filled Request or Quotation (RFQ) and filled supplier enrolment form on or before 5th January 2024 to NGA.Bid@oxfam.org.
Please note that OXFAM will deduct and remit to the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) a 5% withholding Tax for freelancers or 10% for firms from the total consultancy fees under the Nigerian Tax Law.
