OSUN STATE UNIVERSAL EDUCATION BOARD, OSOGBO
INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/TENDERING FOR YEAR 2022 UBE INTERVENTION FUND PROJECTS
(A) The Osun State Universal Basic Education Board, Osogbo on behalf of Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Abuja and in compliance with due process requirements on Award of Contracts, hereby invite all interested Companies and Allied Corporate Agencies to forward their documents tor Pre-qualification and subsequent bidding (by Qualified Contractors only) for the Construction of blocks of classrooms, Construction of Block wall fence, Repair and Renovation of Buildings, Construction of Squatting Toilets, Procurement and Supply of Furniture, ICT Materials, Water and Sanitation: including Preliminary Survey, Drilling and Reticulation of Boreholes.
(B) Scope of works air highlighted below by lot for Primary and Secondary Schools Projects.
YEAR 2022 UBE INTERVENTION PROGRAMME
CONSTRUCTION WORKS
(i) Construction of a block of Four (4) Classrooms with Two (2) Offices Lot 1-4
(ii) Construction of a block of Three (3) Classrooms with an Office Lot 1-14
(iii) Construction of a block of Two (2) Classrooms Lot 1-9
(iv) Construction of Block wall Fence Lot 1-7
(v) Construction of Six Holes Squatting Toilet – Lot 1-5
REPAIR/RENOVATION WORK
(vi) Repair/Renovation Works on Existing Structures at both Primary and Secondary School Lot 1-36
FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
(vii) Procurement and Supply of Standardized single desk and furniture for ECCDE children – Lot 1-2
(viii) Procurement and Supply of Standardized dual desk and furniture for Primary Pupils – Lot 1-35
(ix) Procurement and Supply of Standardized dual desk and furniture for JSS Students Lot 1-15
(x) Procurement and Supply of ICT Materials – Lot 1-3
WATER AND SANITATION
(xi) Preliminary Survey, Drilling and Reticulation of Borehole Lot 1-11
(xii) Procurement and Supply of Sanitation Materials –
(C) PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
(ii) Evidence of Registration /Renewal of Registration with the State Ministry of Works and Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives;
(iii) Evidence of Registration with Osun SUBEB/Renewal;
(iv) Income Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years;
(v) Evidence of VAT Registration;
(vi) Articles and Memorandum of Association;
(vii) Evidence of Financial Capability;
(viii) Tax Payer identification Number (TIN);
(ix) Evidence of Previous Jobs Completion with Certificate of Performance;
(x) Audited Account of Bidder tor tire last three (3) years;
(xi) List of Technical Personnel and their qualifications.
(D) TENDER FEE:
Each of the short-listed bidder will be contacted to collect tender documents at a non-refundable graduated fee to be paid to the identified bank.
(E) SUBMISSION:
Completed tender Document must be returned in Sealed envelope staling the Contract and specific lot identification/number on the left-hand side and address to:

Pre-qualification is valid for Three (3) weeks (06 November, 2023) while submission of Tender is valid for Six (6) weeks from the date of this publications (27 November, 2023).
The submission will be opened immediately after the closing date which is Six (6) weeks from the publication of this advert (27 November, 2023). at the Osun State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) in the presence of all Bidders who choose to attend Late submission of Tender documents will not be entertained.
NOTE:
(i) Only the bids of those who fulfil the pre-qualification and Tender criteria would be considered. Osun State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) is not duty-bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
(ii) Osun State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) reserves the right to reject or all pre-qualification packages.
(iii) Full tendering procedures will be applied to tenders that are found prima facie qualified and capable of executing the listed projects.
