The Ondo State Government is desirous of undertaking the Construction of Ajagba – Ijuosun – Akotogbo Loop Road Irele/Ese – Odo Local Government Area of the South Senatorial District of Ondo State. Therefore, Ondo State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure is inviting competent and interested contractors to submit bids:
SCOPE OF WORKS
The Specifications and Scope of Works are as described in the bidding document.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
· Certificate of Incorporation
· Registration with Ondo State Bureau of Public Procurement
· Development levy for the last three (3) years
· Tax clearance for the last three (3) years.
· Experience in similar project
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Tender Documents shall be obtained from the Office of the Director, Planning, Design, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Oyemekun Road, Akure, Ondo State after the payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee. Interested Bidders are to collect Payment Advice from the Account Department of Ondo State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The duly completed Tender Form must be enclosed in wax sealed envelope clearly marked at the top left corner “CONFIDENTIAL TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AJAGBA – IJUOSUN – AKOTOGBO LOOP ROAD IN IRELE/ESE – ODO LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF THE SOUTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT OF ONDO STATE”, addressed and forwarded to:

Office of the Governor,
Akure.
The closing date for the submission of Tender Documents is Friday, 10 November, 2023 at 12:00noon.
OPENING OF BIDS
Received Bids will be opened at the Office of the Director, Cabinet and Special Services Department, Office of the Governor after the deadline for the submission on 10 November, 2023 at 12:00noon. All bidders are invited to the opening of the technical Bids.
