INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE 2023 CAPITAL PROJECT
Ondo State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has been given approval by the Ondo State Government to commence implementation of year 2023 capital project of the Ministry.
(2) In view of this, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology hereby invites registered, experienced and reputable contractors to the underlisted jobs;

(3) REQUIREMENTS FOR TENDERING
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of current Registration with Ondo State Bureau of Public Procurement for the year 2023.
(iii) Evidence of current 3yrs FIRS Tax-clearance Certificates (2020, 2021 & 2022) Tax expiry date of 31st December, 2022.
(iv) Copy of Personal income Tax Clearance Certificates (Of two Directors in case of Limited Liability Companies or Proprietor(s) Partners in case of Enterprises) covering 2021, 2022 & 2023.
(v) Evidence of payment of 3years Development Levies (2020, 2021 & 2022).
(vi) Evidence of current Registration of Business premises with Ondo State Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives Services.
(vii) Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support.
(viii) Experience/Technical Qualification of key personnel with evidence of professional registration with appropriate professional bodies.
(ix) Evidence of similar projects executed or ongoing.
(x) Letter of assent to allow for verification of all documents submitted.
(xi) Original receipt of payment of Non-refundable tender fee as instructed by Project Monitoring Unit Ministry of Education Science and Technology.
(xii) Bidder may bid for one or more lots as bids will be evaluated on lot by lot basis
(4) Interested bidders can obtain tender documents and additional information from the Project Monitoring Unit of Ministry of Education, Science and Technology State Secretariat, Alagbaka, Akure.
(5) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT(s)
All tender documents(Financial and Technical Bids) – 1 original and 2 photocopies should be submitted in a sealed envelope with LOT number clearly indicated on top right-hand corner and must be delivered by hand before 12 noon on Monday, 27 November, 2023 to the Permanent Secretary/first floor, Administrative Block, Ondo State Ministry of Education Science and Tehnology, Alagbaka Akure.

(6) BID OPENING
The tender/documents will be opened in the presence of the Contractors making submissions or their representatives at the Conference Hall the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology after the expiration of the submission of tender on Monday, 27 November, 2023 by 12noon.
Late submission will be rejected.
