INVITATION TO TENDER AT ONDO STATE BOARD FOR ADULT, TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (BATVE) ALAGBAKA, AKURE
TITLE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE 2023 PROJECTS IN GOVERNMENT TECHNICAL COLLEGES (GTCs).
The Ondo State Board for Adult, Technical and Vocational Education (BATVE) has been given approval by Mr. Governor to commence implementation of BATVE/TVET 2023 projects in GTCs
Scope of Work
In view of this, The Board hereby invites registered, experienced and reputable contractors to tender for the underlisted jobs:

TENDER REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Evidence of Current Registration with Ondo State Bureau of Public Procurement for the year 2023.
(iii) Evidence of Current 3 years FIRS Tax Clearance Certificate (2021, 2022 & 2023) having expiry date of 31 December, 2023.
(iv) Copy of Personal Income Tax – Clearance Certificates (of two Directors in case of limited liability companies or the proprietor(s)/partners in case of enterprises/ventures covering (2021, 2022 & 2023).
(v) Evidence of payment of 3 years Development Levy (2021, 2022 & 2023)
(vi) Evidence of Registration of Business Premises with Ondo State Agency for Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives
(vii) Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support.
(viii) Experience/Technical Qualification of key Personnel with evidence of Professional registration with appropriate professional bodies.
(ix) Evidence of similar projects executed or on-going.
(x) Letter of assent to allow for verification of all documents submitted to BATVE.
(xi) Original Receipt of payment of non-refundable tender fee
· Bidders may bid for one or more lots as bids will be evaluated on lot by lot basis.
Application Closing Date 12:00 noon Friday, 1 December, 2023.
Bid Opening
The tender documents will be opened in the presence of the contractors making submissions or their representatives at the venue based on the discretion of the Ondo State Board for Adult, Technical & Vocational Education behind Elan Club, Civil Service Commission Road, Alagbaka Akure after the expiration of the submission of tenders on Friday, 1 December, 2023 by 12noon.
