INVITATION TO BID
Norwegian Church Aid is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):
· Construction of New Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (Bade LGA Yobe State)
· Construction of New Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (Shani LGA Borno State)
(1) All the services are for humanitarian project within the Northeast an intervention supported by UNICEF.
(2) All services are to be delivered Within Shani & Bade LGAs Respectively.
(3) The offered prices shall be quoted in Nigerian Naira Only.
(4) Selection Criteria /Mandatory Requirement
· Proof of company registration and licences to operate in Nigeria (CAC & SCUML Certificate)
· valid and updated functional company Tax Identification Number, TIN
· Physical presence & Functional office within Nigeria,
· Experience in similar activities in the past especially with I/NGOs or any corporate body (Minimum of 2 year)
· Must be a Limited Liability Company
· Filled Price Offer
· Up-to-date Civil Engineering/Construction Certifications from an approved Government issuance body.
(5) All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 15:00 hrs, 31 October 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (or email) up to 16:00 hrs 24 October 2023.
(6) Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders on 02 November 2023.
(7) Tender documents will be available from 11 October 2023 to 30 October 2023, 15:00 hrs. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below or via email address as stated.
