INVITATION TO TENDER
THE TITLE OF THE TENDER: REHABILITATION OF THE DILAPIDATED STATE LIBRARY BLOCK AT NO 12 NWELE STREET ABAKALIKI
CLIENT: MINISTRY OF PROJECT MONITORING, ABAKALIKI, EBONYI STATE.
TENDER NUMBER: OCDS-ZINQHL-038952-EB/MPE/EP006-NG
(1) The Ebonyi State Government through the state Ministry of Project Monitoring intends to undertake the Rehabilitation of the dilapidated state library block at No.12 Nwele Street Abakaliki, Ebonyi State and hereby invite tenders from reputable contractors who wish to bid for the project.
(2) All interested bidders must visit www.ebonyieprocure.eb.gov.ng to register their company (if you have nor registered before) and upload the following documents:
(i) Company’s certificate of Incorporation with (CAC)
(ii) Company’s registration certificate with the Ebonyi State Government
(iii) Evidence of current tax clearance certificate.
(iv) Evidence of similar projects successfully executed
(v) Required staff, machines and equipment
(3) Payment of non-refundable tender fee of thirty thousand naira (N30,000) only will be made into Ebonyi State IGR account through the E-procurement system. Payment link is available when you login to the Contractor’s dashboard and access this tender from Bid activity > Tender Advertisements.
To make payment: Visit www.ebonyieprocure.eb.gov.ng
Login to your account, click Tender Advertisement. You will see all published tenders on a table.
On the table, Click on the Tender/project you wish to make payment for and it will open the Tender Advertisement Details page for that Tender/project.
On the Tender Advertisement Details page for the selected Tender, you will see Payment link at the bottom. Click on the link and make online card payment.
(4) Bid Documents in English will be obtained from the Ebonyi state e- Procurement system (www.ebonyieprocure.eb.gov.ng) after completion of registration and Tender fee payment on the portal.
(5) All bids will be submitted through the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before the bid submission deadline of Monday 6 November, 2023 at 1:00pm Nigeria time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system.
(6) Bids will be opened virtually shortly after the close of tender on Monday 6 November at 1:00 pm, Nigeria time.
(7) Any prospective bidder from their dashboard messaging tool, may ask the procuring entity to provide explanations as to the content of the tender document from now till one week of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication.
(8) The Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
(9) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law governing Public Procurement.
