KEBBI STATE
It is in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007 and Kebbi State Bureau of Public Procurement Law, 2020, the Kebbi State Universal Basic Education Board (Kebbi SUBEB) on behalf of Kebbi State Government wishes to invite competent contractors with the relevant experience to submit Tender for the Execution of UBEC/SUBEB/BESDA/2022/2023 Projects.
SCOPE OF WORK
| Lot 1 | Procurement of Post Literacy Text Books and working materials to Mainstreams Almajiri pupils in some IQS Centers. |
| Lot 2 | Procurement of 2 Units of Toyota Hilux Pick-up 4No. for Monitoring and Evaluation at LGEA level to be delivered at KBSUBEB H/Quarters, B/Kebbi. |
| Lot 3 | Construction of Mega IQS Centre each in 6 Locations across the 3 Senatorial Zones of Kebbi State, The Mega IQS Centre consist of Hostel/ Classrooms Blocks/Kitchen and Laundry (Storey Height), Perimeter Wall Fence, Motorized Borehole/Overhead Tank and Water Reticulation Work (Soft and Hard Landscaping, Concrete Pavement, Interlocking and Drainages. |
| Lot 4 | Construction of a Block of 3 Classrooms with office each in some selected schools across the State. |
| Lot 5 | Procurement of furniture and equipment for the 6 mega IQS centre and newly constructed classrooms. |
BIDDERS REQUIREMENTS:
All participants must present the following requirements:
· Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
· Certificate/Evidence of registration of Tender with SUBEB.
· Verifiable Evidence of Current Tax Clearance for at least three years (2020, 2021 & 2022) Financial capability of company/Audited Account
· A comprehensive Company profile with Cv’s of key professional including photocopy of relevant academic qualification, contact phone number and registration with relevant regulatory body (ARCON, COREN, CORBON, NATE AND QSRBN)
· Evidence of similar job executed in the state.
· Verifiable current PENCOM compliance certificate issued by National Pension Commission (2022).
· Verifiable current Social Nigerian Training Fund (2022)
· Verifiable current Industrial Training Fund Certificate (2022)
· Current company Audited duly stamped and signed by ANAN/ ICAN.
· Evidence of ownership of relevant equipments, machines, tools and workshop.
SUBMISSION OF VERIFIABLE TENDER DOCUMENTS
All submission of tender documents shall be sealed envelope, clearly marked “2022 PROJECTS” with area of interest Indicated to:
