JHPIEGO
ENGAGEMENT OF COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS (CBOS)/ CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS (CSO) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VIRAL HEPATITIS SOCIAL AND BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE COMMUNICATION (SBCC)/PREVENTION STRATEGY IN NASARAWA STATE
BACKGROUND
Jhpiego is an international, an affiliated with Johns Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.
Jhpiego Corporation is seeking reputable local partner organizations (Community Based Organizations/Civil Society Organizations) to work with us stated below. Interested partners are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Engagement of community based organizations (CBOs)/Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for implementation of Viral Hepatitis Social and Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC)/ Prevention Strategy in Nasarawa state
SUBMISSION SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
• The submission should be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, with description of service written boldly on the right-hand side of the envelope.
• Proof or license to offer required services as given by the responsible regulatory body (if applicable).
CONTRACT DURATION
3-4 months
ELIGIBILITY
All applicants should provide the following
• Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Organizational profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and
• Clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile numbers and email address.
• Three (3) references from previous or existing similar partnerships
• Names/description of similar partnerships in the past years

Email subject should be “Request for Advert Documents for CBOs/CSOs for HCVST project”.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for the submission of bids is 4pm WAT on 3rd October, 2023.
