JHPIEGO
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FROM WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) PRE-QUALIFIED PHARMACEUTICALS COMPANIES IN NIGERIA
Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, is a health services provider and an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.
Jhpiego Corporation is seeking to procure pharmaceutical drugs from WHO Pre-Qualified Pharmaceutical Companies for Hepatitis, Malaria and other diseases.
Qualified Pharmaceutical Companies and Drugs Manufacturers are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting expression of interest.
Successful companies would be in the approved Jhpiego’s vendors database on multi-year basis and would become the first point of contact regarding purchase of pharmaceutical drugs.
(1) ELIGIBILITY
All expression of interest should be accompanied with the following;
· Copy of WHO certification that supports pre-qualification
· Copy of certificate of registration/incorporation, including memorandum and articles of association, constitution, valid corporate Tax Identification Number (TIN) and any other related document
· Organizational profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physical verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
· Any other proof or license as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable) to authorize business operations.
· Minimum of three (3) reputable references within the last three years from clients/organizations where similar supply was successfully rendered.

Submissions should be sent via email to: Nigeria.Bids@jhpiego.org within the timeline stated below, with subject “EOI: WHO Pre-Qualified Pharmaceutical Companies in Nigeria”
(3) CLOSING DATE
The closing date for the submission of expression of interest is at 4pm WAT on 28 December, 2023.
