1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated program and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of 10 Standard Earth Dams in Borno State.
2. The project implementation Unit, Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme Borno State now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction of 10 Standard Earth Dams in Borno State.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National), OCB/N procedures as specified in the Bank’s procurement Framework African Development Bank Procurement Framework October 14, 2015 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further-information from the office of the Programme Coordinator at the address below and inspect the bidding document during office hours at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in ENGLISH may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Fifty thousand Naira (N50, 000.00). The method of payment will be made through the bank into the following account.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 on 9th October, 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder’s designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend 9th October, 2023 at 1:00pm at the address below.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security/Managers Cheque as appropriate of : LOT 1: N26, 400,000.00, LOT 2: N17,500,000.00
