INVITATION TO BID NOTICE
The International Rescue Committee, Inc, here in after referred to as the (IRC) is a nonprofit humanitarian agency that provide relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement and advocacy services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC has been operating in Nigeria since October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRCs emergency response team with local partner CISCOPE (civil society coalition for poverty eradication, implement a project to support the livelihoods and improve WASH in Kogi state from February to May 2013. This was followed by a three months nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Zamfara, Katsina and Plateau.
The IRC is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit for competitive bids to establish an ad-hoc contract with competent and reputable vendors) to provide solar power leasing service across IRC offices facilities in Nigeria. This is to derive clean & pure green energy that helps combat greenhouse gas emissions and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
All eligible vendors that are qualified and technically competent for the provision of this service are invited to submit their proposals.

NOTE: BIDS SUBMITTED WITHOUT COMPLETED AND SIGNED BIDDING DOCUMENTS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
Likewise, bids submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
