INVITATION TO BID NOTICE
The International Rescue Committee, Inc. here in after referred to as the (IRC) is a nonprofit humanitarian agency that provide relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement and advocacy services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC has been operating in Nigeria since October 2012 in response to a widespread flood disaster. IRCs emergency response team with local partner CISCOPE (civil society coalition for poverty eradication, implement a project to support the livelihoods and improve WASH in Kogi State from February to May 2013. This was followed by a three-month nutrition and food security program in the same location from October 2013 to January 2014. IRC has been supporting programming in Adamawa, Borno, Yobe, Zamfara, Kaisina and Plateau.
The IRC is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit for competitive bids to establish an ad-hoc contract with a competent and reputable contractor or vendor to provide Building Structure Rehabilitation in Zamfara Nigeria.
All eligible suppliers or vendors that are qualified and technically competent for the provision of Permanent Building structures are invited to submit their proposals.
