The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan of USD$60 Million equivalent from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of the Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise Project- Niger Delta (LIFE-ND), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the procurement of Agricultural inputs, Infrastructural Projects and related services under this program. Specifically, the project will undertake the procurement of the following:

All Procurements financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the IFAD Procurement Guidelines 2010 and IFAD procurement Handbook and are open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines.
(1) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Project Coordinator; IFAD assisted FGN Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays.
(2) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira only). The method of payment will be by certified Bank Draft in Favor of IFAD assisted FGN Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project, Ondo State. The Bidding Documents can be collected by the representative of the Bidder on request.
(3) Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00am local time on Friday, 24 November, 2023. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or representatives, who choose to attend at the address below on 24 November, 2023 at 10.00am local time for LOT 1, 11:00am local time for LOT 2, and 12pm local time for Lot 3. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated in the table above in local currency.
