AUCTION
LIST OF VEHICLES TO BE AUCTIONED
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has engaged the service of EMMANUEL DE GREAT LIMITED to carry out the public auction of certain Vehicles, Generator/Equipment.
AUCTION PROCESS:
The items are to be sold “as is” and “where is” with no warrantee expressed or implied, basis to the highest bidders. All sales are final and no refund or returns will be allowed. Any bid not up to reserve price will be withhold by the seller i.e. ICRC would NOT sell any item below its reserve price.
(1) NOTE: Interested bidder shall pay a DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE of Five Hundred Thousand Naira only (N500,000.00) on Tuesday, 19 March, 2024 to the designated account of the Auctioneer before inspecting the items to be auctioned. This fee is intended to ensure that this advertisement only attract serious buyers. If a bidder fails to win any lot, the money will be refund, but shall be forfeited by any winner who fails to make payment of the bid win. Anyone not registered will not be admitted to bid. KINDLY NOTE THAT PAYMENT ELAPSE ON INSPECTION DAY!
(2) Any bid not up to internally established reserve price will be withhold by the seller i.e. ICRC would not sell any item below its reserve price.
(3) Only buyers who have been registered and pay the deposit fee shall be allowed to inspect and participate in the auction exercise. Successful bids are not transferable.
(4) Physical Inspection of the items will hold for one (1) day Tuesday, 19 March, 2024. Between 10:00am to 4:00pm. While the AUCTION SALE DAY is Wednesday, 20 March, 2024. by 10:00am. Evacuation of items is on Thursday, 21 March, 2024.
(5) The venue of the auction is the Vehicle Parking Space, opposite The Velodrome, MKO National Stadium, F.C.T Abuja.
(6) Failure to effect FULL PAYMENT before the end of the exercise invalidates the sale and the next highest bidder will be contacted to make full payment immediately.
(7) From the date of the sale, the buyer will be granted a maximum of 30 days to retrieve the newly acquired property.
All ICRC ASSETS are “custom bonded” no assets proof of custom duties payment. The Representatives of the Nigeria1 customs will be on the auction ground to announce the custom duty.
