INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REQUEST OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (E.O.I)
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
As part of the effort to achieve and fulfil our statutory responsibilities and mandate of providing social services/amenities and security for the benefit of our citizens and the general public, Ikorodu Local Government hereby invites qualified third part contractors/suppliers and service providers for the execution of the under listed project and social amenities.

Lot 1: Purchase of vehicles for Oba’s and Chiefs
Lot 2: Purchase of computer system.
Lot 3: Office of Furniture and Equipment
Lot 4: Procurement of Educational Materials
Lot 5: Supply of Office Furniture
(3.0) CATEGORY B: WORKS
Lot 1: Surfacing of Arowolo Street
Lot 2: Construction of Legislative Chamber
Lot 3: Provision of Central Motor Park at Ikorodu Roundabout
Lot 4: Construction of Christian chapel at the Secretariat
Lot 5: Repair of Kokoro Abu Road
Lot 6: Surfacing of Eleshin Road
Lot 7: Rehabilitation of Primary Schools
Lot 8: Renovation/Upgrading of Roads
Lot 9: Rehabilitation of Odugate Road
(4.0) CATEGORY C: CONSULTING SERVICES
Lot 1: Training and Manpower Development
Lot-2: Professional Consulting Services for Feasibility Studies
(5.0) CATEGORY D: NON CONSULTING SERVICES
Lot 1: Routine Fumigation of Public Buildings
Lot 2: Environmental Services and Waste Management
Lot 3: Desilting of Block Drainages
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Existing prospective tenders are expected to provide the following information and photocopies of the following documents:
(1) Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
(2) Copies of Company’s Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022, 2023)
(3) Performance bond from reputable financial institutions where applicable
(4) Evidence, of technical and financial capability to execute the project.
(5) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and the concern procuring entity – Ikorodu Local Government.
(6) Company’s Profile membership professional regulation bodies with curriculum vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project where necessary.
(7) Evidence of previous job done for the Local/State Government or other reputable organization.
(8) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) payable to Ikorodu Local Government for Bidding Documents.
(9) Radio and Television License Receipt (Current Year)
(10) Copy of Company’s audited account for the year (2021, 2022, 2023)
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are required to submit all tender documents in a sealed and boldly written in a capital letter at the top corner of the envelope and should be address to:

The envelope must be registered with designated officer in charge of the procurement due process office on or before February 15, 2024.
NOTE
EOI/Prequalification submission must be in English Language only and clear about area(s) of interest and competence of each category. Interested candidate must note that Ikorodu Local Government reserves the right to verify claims made in the pre-qualification documents submitted by them at the any level.
The pre-qualification shall not be constructed as a commitment on the part of the Ikorodu Local Government to any award contract.
