IKARA LOCAL GOVERNMENT COUNCIL, KADUNA STATE
TENDER NOTICE
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
In compliance with public procurement law 2016 of Kaduna State, Ikara Local Government Council is in the process of carrying out a procurement for the fourth quarter pf 2023. In view of the foregoing background, suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies are hereby invited to submit tender for its Invitation to tender Notice in respect of this project:
(1) Construction of Feeder Road from Saya-Saya to Batun Mai-Gwado
ELIGIBILITY
Interested Companies are required to submit the under listed documents which will be used as criteria for technical and/or financial evaluation of all bids:
(i) Evidence of registration of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Evidence of the Company’s tax income clearance certificate of at least 2 years immediately proceeding this year
(iii) Evidence of Companies Financial Capability to handle these project with letter of assurance from Companies bankers
(iv) Evidence of atleast one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company to be accompanied by letter award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Company shall collect tender form/document from the procurement office of Ikara Local Government Secretariat at Council Secretariat, upon payment of #20,000 non-refundable tender fees for Procurement from Wednesday 15 November, 2023 – 21 November, 2023 from the hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm daily including Saturday and Sundays.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed technical and/ or financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Description, of the project, (procurement) and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman Ikara Local Government Council and any bid Submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
CLOSING DATE
Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12:00 noon on Tuesday 21, November 2023.
OPENING OF BID AND VENUE
Completed bid documents Submitted by the Companies will be publicly opened, by 11:00 am on Wednesday 22 November, 2023 at Ikara Local Government Council Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
