IFELODUN LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT

INVITATION TO BID
We request interested bidders to bid for the following projects in fulfilment of the Lagos state Procurement Agency law 2015 as amended in 2021.
WORKS
(1) Construction of Drainage, Culvert and Road along Adegboyega/Edidi street/Edidi Close (Phase I).
(2) Construction of drainage, Culvert and Road along Ovedeji street, Ajegunle (Phase 11).
(3) Construction of Paving interlocking stones at Orita Market to Turner Market Safejo Junction.
(4) Construction of an Ultra-modern Administrative office block within the Council Secretariat, Amukoko.
(5) Purchase of 7 x 500k KVA Transformers
(6) Construction of an Ultra – modern Primary Health care Centre at Cemetery road, Amukoko Mosafejo, Lagos.
NOTE:
(1) Submission of bids must be in English Language in four copies i.e. one original and three photocopies sealed in an envelope clearly marked submission of Pre- qualifications documents for works, goods, consulting services, and non-consulting services (Choose which one is applicable to you).
(2) The authority of Ifelodun LCDA reserved the right to verify claims made in Pre- qualifications documents submitted by them.
(3) Pre-qualifications exercise shall not be considered as commitment on the part of Ifelodun LCDA.
(4) Ifelodun LCDA will not be responsible for any expense incurred by any interested party(ties) in Connections with responses to this invitation.
(5) Bidders are expected to pay a non-refundable fee of one hundred and Fifty thousand Naira only (#150,000.00), for bidding documents.
(6) Pre- qualification submission should be very clear about area(s) of competence and interest.
(7) Ifelodun LCDA will deal directly with only the Authorized officer of the interested company(ies) and not their agents.
(8) Interested /eligible applicant may obtain further, information at the Procurement office of Ifelodun LCDA, Dispensary street, Amukoko, Lagos.
(9) All bids documents should be submitted at the office of the Procurement Officer between the hours of 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
(10) Submission of bidding documents starts on 26 January, 2024 and closes on Monday, 5 February, 2024 at 12 noon.
