The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ Regional Programme Support to Pandemic Prevention in the ECOWAS Region (RPPP), financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and The European Union (EU), would like to produce visibility materials.
GIZ is please to invite expressions for the following:
| Lot 1 | 300 units of Branded notebooks. |
| Lot 2 | 300 units of Branded pens. |
| Lot 3 | 100 units of Branded diary |
| Lot 4 | 100 units of Branded table calendars. |
| Lot 5 | 300 units of Branded flash drives. |
| Lot 6 | 200 units of Branded metal key rings. |
| Lot 7 | 500 units of Branded pin buttons. |
| Lot 8 | 250 units of Branded Insulated/thermal bottle. |
| Lot 9 | 200 units of Branded Ceramic Mug, |
| Lot 10 | 200 units of Branded Cotton cap’s, |
| Lot 11 | 300 units of Branded Cotton Polo T-Shirts, |
| Lot 12 | 300 units of Branded Cotton Tote Bag, |
| Lot 13 | 100 units of Branded leather work bag. |
Interested vendors can request for inquiry with detailed specifications (clearing specifying the Lot(s) you are expressing interest for) by sending a request email to NG_Quotation@giz.de from 15 December 2023 to 20 December 2023. Request sent after 20 December 2023 won’t be accepted or taken into consideration.
Bidders can bid for one lot, all lots or various lots depending on capacity.
All request email should title email subject as “Production of Visibility Materials (RPPP) 91178233” and sent to the designated email address.
If you are interested and have collected bidding documents, the deadline for submitting a detailed proposal is on or before 9 January 2024.
