GERMAN COOPERATION
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; GIZ Programme (RPPP), funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure “ICT Equipment’s” with the following minimum specifications:
Lot 1: 2 units of 86inch Interactive smartboard, 2 units of 65lnch smart TV, 2 units of portable projector, 2 units of professional camera.
Lot 2: 4 units of Desktop computer with monitor, 4 units of Laptop, 8 units of Tablet, 1 unit of server.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
(a) Comprehensive company profile
(b) An official letter expressing interest.
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area.
(d) A Bank Introductory letter.
(e) Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years dearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of 31,800,000 Naira for Lot 1 and 22,800,000 naira for Lot 2 (as applicable) for: 2019,2020,2021 or more recent
(f) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of ICT Equipment’s with vaIues that add up to minimum of 31,800,000 Naira for Lot 1 and 22,800,000 naira for Lot 2. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
