RE-INVITATION TO TENDER
GENERAL MAINTENANCE REPAIRS OF SOME FEDERAL ROADS NATIONWIDE
You may wish to refer to the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency’s advertisements published in respect of the above procurement exercise in the FEDERAL TENDERS JOURNAL VOLUME 19, No.18 dated MONDAY SEPTEMBER 18 – SUNDAY OCTOBER 1, 2023, The NATION and The BLUEPRINT NEWSPAPERS of THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2023 respectively.
(2) The Federal Roads Maintenance Agency wishes to inform the interested bidders and General Public that due to the Global Economic rise in prices of Goods, Works and Services which has affected most of the prevailing market rates, the Agency therefore has modified and added more information to the earlier bidding documents being issued.
(3) Prospective bidders who have collected the earlier bid documents should return them and collect the modified bid documents.
(4) Due to the changes in the bid documents, the deadline for submission has been extended to 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 24 October, 2023.
(5) The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 24 October, 2023.
(6) All other information in the original advertisement remains same.
