ADDENDUM
RE: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST EOI (INVITATION TO TENDER) ITT (FOR FY2023 CAPITAL PROJECTS)
The Federal Ministry of Justice, Abuja wishes to draw the attention of prospective bidders and the general public to our Invitation to Bid for our 2023 Capital projects published in the Daily Trust and The Guardian Newspapers as well as the Federal Tenders Journal all of Monday, 18 September, 2023.
Concerning our earlier publication mentioned above, the Ministry wants bidders, invited Observers and the general public to take note of the following:
· That the deadline for bids submission for lots A1, B1 and B2 remains 12:00 noon, Monday, 16 October, 2023 and opening of Technical Bids commences immediately after this deadline
· That the deadline for bids submission for lots B3 to B7 earlier scheduled in our advert for 12:00 noon, Monday 16 October, 2023 would now be 12:00 noon, Monday 30 October, 2023. Similarly, the opening of Technical Bids also commences after this deadline.
· The venue for bid opening remains unchanged as stated in our earlier publication
