CONTRACT TITLE: PROCUREMENT OF PROGRAMME DEVICE AND SOLAR MAT (POWER BANK)

(1) The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the National Cash Transfer Office under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs & Poverty Alleviation and implementing agency of the Client and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Programme Device and Solar Mat (Power Bank)
(2) The National Cash Transfer Office now invites sealed Proposals from eligible vendors for the Procurement of Programme Device and Solar Mat (Power Bank). The completion period will be 14 days plus warranty and after-sales service; Locations are both in Abuja, Nigeria
(3) Interested eligible vendors may obtain further information from National Cash Transfer Office, Attn. Dr. Michael Ajuluchuku, info@ncto.gov.ng and inspect the request for bids document during office hours, 0800 to 1600 hours at the address given below;
(4) The request for bids document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty thousand naira (NGN20,000.00).
The method of payment will be via Remita by generating a Remita Retrieved Reference (RRR) in favour of National Cash Transfer Office, National Project Implementation Unit.
Once payment is made, bidders may contact the Project Secretariat to obtain the electronic copy of the request for bid document on presentation of evidence of payment. Kindly follow these steps:
(i) Enter Remita platform
(ii) Select Bills and Purchases’
(iii) ‘Pay Biller’
(iv) Under ‘Who do you want to pay’, National Cash Transfer Office
(v) Under Name of Services/ Purpose, select NCTO
(vi) choose the Account Name: NASSP-SU NCTO (Supplies & Services) Naira drawdown TSA Account Number. 0020271865027.
(vii) Complete the form and submit.
NOTE: Evidence of payment in accordance with paragraph 4 above must accompany all Bid Submission.
(5) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00pm 14 December 2023. Electronic submission will not be permitted. Late Bids submitted will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BIDS” and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” or “FINANCIAL PART”. The financial proposal will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on NCTO Conference Room, No. 36 Maitama Sule Street, Asokoro, Abuja, 12:00pm 14 December, 2023. A video conference link will also be provided to bidders who wish to attend online.
(6) All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 2% of the financial proposals.
(7) Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful Proposer’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the request for Bid document.
(8) NOTE: Mandatory Requirements
(a) All procurement 2023 compliance documents will be required.
(b) Previous similar jobs earned out in procurement of similar devices.
(c) All Documents submitted by bidders will be subjected to verification.
