The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) and intends to apply part of he proceeds toward payments under thec ontract for the Procurement of ICT Equipment for the Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU), Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
(2) The Federal Ministry of Environment represented by the Federal Project Management Unit of ACReSAL invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the Supply, Installation and commissioning of a range of ICT Equipment and Software at the FPMU and Federal MDAs in Abuja, Nigeria as listed below.

(3) Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Procurement using the Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (5th Edition, September, 2023) available at www.worldbank.org/procurement and opened to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
(4) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address provided below from 9:00am to 4:00pm (local time) on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
(5) Eligible Qualification requirements Include:
· Audited Financial Statements for the past five (5) years demonstrating the bidder’s financial capability in terms of Profitability and adequate working capital.
· Evidence of successful completion of a minimum of two (2) similar supplies with at least (N944m for LOT 1, N32m for LOT 2, N166m for LOT 3 and N280m for LOT 4) as the Primary supplier between January 1, 2018 and the submission deadline.
(6) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) only. The method of payment will be through Bank Draft in favor of Federal Project Management Unit- Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi- Arid Landscapes (FPMU- ACReSAL). The Bidding Documents will be collected by the representatives of the Bidder or by courier services on request upon payment additional fee.
(7) Original and two (2) copies must be delivered to the address below before 12:00noon (local time) on 22 December 2023. Please, note that electronic bidding is not accepted and late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon (local time) on 22 December, 2023.
