GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE ON THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS UNDER THE 2023 CAPITAL APPROPRIATION AND YEAR 2023 TETFUND YEAR ANNUAL INTERVENTION
(1.0) PREAMBLE
The Federal College of Education Technical, Ekiadolor, Benin. Edo State have received allocation from the Federal Government of Nigeria through the aforementioned interventions and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under following projects:
(2.0) AREAS OF NEEDS
(2.1) PACKAGE 1: PROJECTS UNDER THE 2023 CAPITAL APPROPRIATION

| Lot 5 | Construction of Laboratories Buildings for the Federal College of Education Technical Ekiadolor, Benin, Edo State |
| Lot 6 | Construction of Male and Female Flostels for the Federal College of Education Technical Ekiadolor, Benin, Edo State |

(2.2) PACKAGE 2: PROJECT(S) UNDER YEAR 2023 TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION

(2.3) PACKAGE 3: PROJECT(S) UNDER THE 2023 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION

(3.0) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Note that the bid document will be evaluated on the responsiveness to the criteria including but not limited to:
(i) Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form C02 and C07.
(ii) Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023:
(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023;
(iv) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023;
(v) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023;
(vi) A Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Federal College of Education, Technical Ekiadolor or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars”;
(vii) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring 31st December, 2023.
(viii) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs in the last five (5) years including Letters of Award and Completion Certificate;
(ix) Only Companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their authorised representatives should bid for the Vehicles;
(x) Company Profile with Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) of professional staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their academic/ professional qualifications;
(xi) Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
Note: Federal College of Education Technical, Ekiadolor, Benin, Edo State reserves the right to verify any claim by the companies. Companies shall therefore include necessary authority and guarantee for such verification; the absence of which will automatically result in the disqualification of such a Contractor/Supplier.
(4.0) DISCLAIMER
THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION TO TENDER; All interested existing and prospective Contractors, Suppliers and Service Providers who wish to do business with the College should look out for the Specific Procurement Notices (SPN) to be published in the near future.
The Federal College of Education Technical, Ekiadolor, Benin, Edo State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidders.
