INVITATION TO BID FOR AWARD OF CONTRACTS FOR PRINTING OF SENSITIVE AND NON-SENSITIVE MATERIALS FOR THE CONDUCT OF 2023 LOCAL GOVERNMENT/LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT AREAS ELECTIONS IN EKITI STATE
LOT 1
LIST OF SENSITIVE MATERIALS
Applications are hereby invited from interested reputable firms and contractors with antecedents for printing of the underlisted sensitive materials for the 2023 Local Government Elections slated for 2nd December, 2023
i. Printing of Ballot papers for 2023 Chairmanship Election
ii. Printing of Ballot papers for 2023 Councillorship Election
iii. Printing for form EC6 series
LOT 2
i. Printing of posters and Notices
ii. Supply/printing of envelopes – EKSIEC50 series
iii. Printing of forms – EKSIEC 40 Series
iv. Printing of identity cards, stickers, file jackets, letter heads and office envelopes
v. Supply of waterproof jackets
vi. Supply of stationery
vii. Supply of photocopiers, laptop computers
REQUIREMENTS FOR TENDER
Interested candidates are requested to possess:
i. Evidence of current registration with Ekiti State BPP
ii. Comprehensive company’s profile
iii. Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
iv. Evidences of current registration of Business Premises with Ekiti States Government.
v. Evidence of registration with the procuring entity.
vi. Evidence of company’s Tax clearance in Ekiti State (three (3) consecutive years including the tender year.
vii. Evidence of tax clearance in Ekiti State of two (2) company’s Directors (current year)
viii. Evidence of payment of Ekiti State Development Levy (three (3) consecutive years including the tender year)
ix. Evidence of payment of appropriate Tender fee
x. Evidence of financial capability to execute the projects
xi. Evidence of company’s three (3) years audited account
xii. Other peculiar document as may be required by the procuring entity and the BPP (e.g evidence of payment of parastatal fees/charges such as PENCOM, ITF, BPP, categorization etc.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Applications are to be submitted in sealed envelopes with the Lot(s) title clearly indicated on the top left corner of the envelope at the office of the Secretary, Tenders’ Board, Ekiti State Independent Electoral Commission, Ado-Ekiti as from Monday, 25th September, 2023 to Monday, 9th October, 2023 while successful applicants should check for their names at the EKITI STATE INDEPENDENT ELECTORAL COMMISSION (EKISEC) HEADQUARTERS NOTICE BOARD after the closing date.
