INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(A) BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE
The Ebonyi State Universal Basic Education Board invites experienced and competent consultants to submit expression of interest (EOI) to carry out a civil work on design of proposed topical 6 NOS of a model storey building block of 12 classrooms, ten (10) toilets with offices in phase 1 of 2023 WORLD BANK Supported Better Education Delivery for all (BESDA) project as below;

Pre-qualifications of Requirements
Interested firms are hereby notified that all pre-qualifications documents are to be submitted based on the provision of the following:
(a) Evidence of company incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(b) Evidence of firm’s tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years valid to December 31st 2023.
(c) Evidence of current pension clearance certificate valid till 31st December, 2023.
(d) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate valid till 31st December, 2023.
(e) Evidence of Registration on the national Data base of federal contractor s consultants and service providers or valid certificate issued by BPP.
(f) Evidence of firm’s registration with relevant regulatory body.
(g) Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or any officer of the relevant committees of the firm whose information presented are true and correct or that the company have no any personnel convicted in any court of law.
(h) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years to 2023.
(i) Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility
(j) List of company’s staff and their qualifications
(k) Evidence of at least three (3) similar Jobs executed in last five (5) years including letters of Awards.
(l) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the firm’s letterhead paper.
Interested firms are to submit two (2) bounds of expression of interested (EOI) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above, the documents should be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed to Ebonyi State Better Education Delivery for all (Ebonyi State BESDA).
