About THRIVE
The Transitioning Households to Recovery from Vulnerability (THRIVE) in Jere project is a two-year multi-sectoral, emergency and recovery project funded by BHA/US AID, starting its second year in June 2023. CRS with Mercy Corps (MC), Women in the New Nigeria (WINN), Salient Humanitarian Organization (SHO) and Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) provides assistance to support early recovery in targeted areas to advance participants from lifesaving assistance to life-building support. THRIVE shall support the transitioning of households from lifesaving food assistance to life-building agricultural production and economic recovery activities.
Purpose of Supply:
THRIVE is seeking an experienced supplier to supply materials for the production of re-usable sanitary pads as part of its market-based systems for Menstrual Hygiene Management under the Water Sanitation and Hygiene sector of the project. The activity will support the production of reusable sanitary pads for 4750 female adolescents and women of reproductive age in Jere LGA. This will promote the menstrual hygiene management among female adolescents and women of reproductive age, transfer the skills necessary to produce reusable sanitary pads to local artisans and enable trained youths to engage in new livelihood development activities.

Requirements:
(1) Physical sample for each item listed to be submitted for evaluation alongside bids.
(2) Evidence of previous or current experience in such supply.
(3) Previous experience of working with NGOs or private sector actors to provide such supplies.
(4) Company profile, CAC registration, Tax Identification Number (TIN).
(5) Verifiable address.
