INVITATION FOR BIDDING
The Borno State Government through State Universal Basic Education Board in compliance with Public Procurement Act 2007 and Borno State Bureau of Public Procurement Law 2019, wish to invite, intended, reputable and competent contractors to submit tender for UBEC/SUBEB/BESDA/2022/2023 Project.
THE PROJECTS ARE:
| Lot 1 | Procurement of 10 units of Toyota Hilux Pick-up 4WD for M & E at LGEAs level to be delivered at Borno SUBEB Maidguri. |
| Lot 2 | Procurement of post-literacy materials to mainstream Almajiri children in some IQTE centers. |
| Lot 3 | Procurement of food stuffs. |
| Lot 4 | Construction of a block of 15-classrooms storey building in Mafa. |
| Lot 5 | Construction of a block of 15-classrooms storey building in MMC. |
| Lot 6 | Construction of a block of 15-classrooms storey building in Marte. |
| Lot 7 | Construction and equipping of 1 Digital Training Centers in Monguno. |
| Lot 8 | Construction and equipping of 1 Digital Training Centers in Dikwa. |
| Lot 9 | Construction and equipping of 1 Digital Training Centers in Damboa. |
BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Reliable list of similar work executed (award letter and certificate of completion (photocopy)
iii. Tax clearance certificate for the past three years
iv. Evidence of VAT registration/VAT remittance
v. Technical Capability of the company
vi. Audited financial statement of accounts for the last three years
List of pre-qualified bidders will be placed on the Notice Board of the BESDA office.
TENDERS/BIDDING DOCUMENT
The tender document will be available for collection upon the payment of non-refundable fee of N20, 000.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
Tenders are to be deposited in the tender box at the conference hall of Board headquarters SUBEB No. 1 Jos Road Maiduguri, Borno State from 29th September to 13th October, 2023 between 8:00am -1200pm immediately. The tender’s document should be clearly marked tender for specific lot and must be address to the:

Borno BESDA, Borno State Universal Basic Education Board. No. 1 Jos Roads, Maiduguri shall be open immediately after the dateline for the submission.
Note
• Tenders submitted after the dateline of the submission will be return unopened.
• Borno BESDA will not liable for improper submission or unregistered tenders.
• Any tender that does not comply with the above requirements or any other form of deviation from the requirements will be rejected.
