PUBLIC AUCTION SALES
On the Instruction of Bank of Agriculture as un-paid Mortgage has authorised the Sales by Public Auction of the under-mentioned Residential Property stated below:
(1) Property situated at No. 354 Badariya Layout, Birnin Kebbi, covered by Certificate of Occupancy No. B1/G/0354.
Date of Sales: Tuesday 12 December, 2023
Time of Sales: 9.00 a.m.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALES:
(A) Upon the fall of the Hammer, the Auctioneer shall issue a Receipt to the Highest Bidder i.e. the Purchaser.
(B) The Highest Bidder/Purchaser will make full payment on the spot or as agreed by the Bank
(C) In addition to the Highest Price paid for the Property, the Purchaser will pay any outstanding Ground Rent due to the relevant Lands Office and will also pay the necessary fee to effect Transfer of Ownership to the Purchaser.
(D) In default of payment by the Highest Bidder, i.e. the Purchaser, the Property will be sold to another Buyer on the day of the Auction Sales or after the day of the Auction Sales.
(E) Sale is subject to the Consideration and Approval of the Bank of Agriculture at its absolute discretion with Cogent and satisfactory Reason (s) for its Approval or Non-Approval of Sales
