MONIYA, IBADAN, OYO STATE
INVITATION TO TENDER
This is to notify the general public that AKINYELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT, MONIYA, IBADAN, OYO STATE OF NIGERIA intends to embark on the Road project indicated below:
Construction of culverts, Drains, Earthworks and Asphaltic Paving of Ilu Titun Road, Along Akinyele – AJagbaa –Akingbala (Length 4.0Skm. Spur 256metres, Width 8.0metres = 8.0metres.)
(2) Tenders are hereby invited from reputable and competent contractors for the said project.
(3) The following documents and /or their photocopies must be attached to the tenders.
(a) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of Registration with the Local Government as Contractor.
(c) Tenderer (Company) Comprehensive Profile.
(d) Evidence of execution of similar projects
(e) Evidence of the payment of Three years Tax.
(f) Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fees of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (#200,000.00) only to the coffers of the Local Government.
(g) Evidence of financial capability to handle the project without hitch. (Bank Guarantee)
(4) Qualified Tenderer shall be contacted by the Local Government and the Local Government shall not be obliged to offer any explanation for rejecting the tender.
(5) All tenderers are to meet the Director of Works of Akinyele Local Government during office hours within the period of this tender notice for the specification of the project.
(6) Tender of Ten (10) copies each in sealed envelopes should be forwarded to the Chairman, Akinyele Local Government, Moniya NOT LATER THAN TWO (2) WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THIS PUBLICATION. Please note that the opening of all tender bids will take place on 6 November, 2023, the same day by 12 noon, at the Conference Hall of Akinyele Local Government Secretariat, Moniya, the Tender Board Is not under any obligation to accept the lowest bid and late tender will not be attended to.
