EXPRESSION OF INTEREST LABOUR BROKERAGE (OUTSOURCING) SERVICES ABUJA, NIGERIA

THE African Export-Import Bank (the “Bank”) is a pan-African multilateral financial institution, established to provide financing solutions and advisory services for the expansion, diversification, promotion and development of intra- and extra-African trade. The Bank will soon commence op­erations of its newly constructed African Trade Centre (ATC) building complex which includes corpo­rate office space, a hotel, a conference and exhibition centre and other ancillary facilities. The ATC is located in the Central Business District of Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Nigeria.

In order to support the operations of the ATC and hotel, the Bank requires the services of a labour bro­kerage, manpower and outsourcing company. The company shall source, supply, pay and retain a consistent, highly competent, qualified, skilled, well remunerated and motivated team of outsourced personnel to be seconded to the ATC and hotel. The outsourced personnel shall provide a range of services including guest management, accounting, administration, sales and marketing, front office management, events management, operations and maintenance, housekeeping, stores management catering, security etc.

The Bank hereby invites reputable and suitably qualified companies to express interest by submitting the following documentation to procure@afreximbank.com not later than Friday, 29 March, 2024;

(1) Profile stating company capacity and ownership structure;

(2) Proof of registration and compliance with regulatory and tax bodies;

(3) Proof of experience providing labour services;

(4) References from credible customers for similar services;

(5) Annual financial statements for the past 3 years. Only short-listed companies shall be invited to tender.
