INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE TECHNICAL /FINANCIAL PROPOSAL (RFQ) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO BLOCKS OF THREE (3) CLASSROOMS WITH OFFICE AND VERANDAH
Adamawa State Universal Basic Education Board (ADSUBEB) issue an invitation to tender on the above mentioned projects. The selected firms are required to submit their company profiles which should have attached the following Documents:
1. Certificate of incorporation
2. Current Tax clearance certificate
3. Vat Certificate
4. Evidence of Financial Capability or three Years Audited Account.
5. Past experience
6. Evidence of equipment with capacity to deliver
7. Evidence of ITF certificate.
8. Evidence of NISTF certificate,
9. Evidence of registration with BPP
10. Evidence of Registration with PENCOM.
Below is the nature of the work specification for submission of your quotation.

2. Collection of Tender Documents
You are to collect the Tender Documents from the Procurement Unit of the Adamawa State Universal Education Board, Yola on payment of a non-refundable fee of N25,000. For New Construction, N10,000 for VIP Toilet, N15,000 for Rehabilitation, N25,000 for Drilling of Boreholes and N30,000 for Supplies. Payment is to be made to the Polaris Bank, Account Number 1751086180 from 8:00am to 2:00pm local time (Tuesday to Tuesday).
3. Submission of Technical/Financial Proposals:
You are to submit two binded hard copies of the Technical & Financial Proposals (Quotation) separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”. Thereafter, put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Ag. Chairman, Adamawa State Universal Basic Education Board Administrative Block, P.M.B 2030, No.26 Ahmadu Bello Way, Jimeta–Yola, not later than 12: Noon on 30th January, 2024.
NOTE:
All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firms’ letter head paper bearing amongst others, the registration number (RC) as issued by the corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), contact address and Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.)
