REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF AGRO INPUTS FOR 2024 DRY SEASON FARMING
You may wish to know that Adamawa State Ministry of Agriculture in its 2024 budget has a provision for the procurement of assorted agro inputs which includes; N:P:K 20-10-10 fertilizer, rice and maize seedlings and herbicides.
(2) In view of the above, you are requested to submit a quotation for the supply of 12,000 (50kg) bags of N:P:K 20-10-10 fertilizer, 20,000 liters of glyphosate herbicides, 6,250kg of rice seed and 6,250kg of seed maize for the 2024 dry season farming.
(3) You are also required to submit the following documents online:
· Your company profile
· Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
· Certificate of registration with Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (ADSBPP)
· Evidence of VAT registration and remittance
· Company’s audited account report for three years; 2021, 2022, and 2023
· Tax clearance certificate for three years; 2021,2022, and 2023
· Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate
· National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) certificate
· National Pension Commission clearance certificate
· Evidence of execution of similar supply jobs
· Duly sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the procurement entity or Bureau its former or present pecuniary interest in the bid and confirming that all information presented are true and correct.
(4) All deductions inclusive.
(5) Clarifications can be seek before the submission deadline.
Note:
As a matter of urgency, all bid submission will close on the 18, March 2024 at exactly 12:00pm, and bid opening will follow immediately at the same time. The procuring entity (the ministry) may reject all quotations or bids prior to the acceptance without incurring thereby any liability to the bidder or cancel the procurement proceedings in the public interest without incurring any liability to the bidder. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firms’ letter head paper bearing amongst others, the registration number (RC) as issued by the corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), contact address and Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.)
