INVITATION FOR TENDER
The Adamawa State Ministry for Rural Infrastructure and Community Development (MRICD) request for the tender from Suitable Contractors for the construction/rehabilitation of NYSC Gate-Lambondo-Gereng-Borrong (42km) road in Gerei Local Government Area of Adamawa State

INTERESTED BIDDERS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:-
(i) Shall incorporate in Nigeria and have all the legal requirement to cooperate in the country including registration with relevant bodies.
(ii) Must have capability to commence work without advance payment to the satisfactory of the client gut in the event of the advance payment and successful bidders will be required to present advance payment bond from reputable insurance company.
(iii) Shall have evidence of satisfactory execution of similar projects.
(iv) Bidding document are to be obtain on the BPP e-procurement portal i.e saas.biddingo.com/adsbpp with non-refundable fee of N50,000.
(v) All submission in respect of the invitation shall be in English Language.
BIDDERS ARE TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF REGISTRATION WITH THE FOLLOWING:-
(i) Adamawa State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) 2023.
(ii) ITF 2023
(iii) PENCON 2023
(iv) NSITF 2023
(v) Tax Clearance 2023
(vi) Provide last three years audit account
(v) Bid must be duly sign
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO:-
(i) Inspect the project site, the scope of work, Bill of Quantity and working drawing accountancy to avoid discrepancies.
(ii) Note that the process of bound to consider the lowest tender
(iii) Submit their work plan and methodology
(iv) Present are outline of environment, social, health and safety plan
(v) Submit bit via Bpp portal saas.biddingo.com/adsbpp
BID OPENING
The closing date of bid submission will be on Monday 13 November, 2023 by 12:00pm and the bid opening will be also take place on 13 November 2023 by 12:30pm Local time in the Procurement office. Ministry for Rural Infrastructure and Community Development Yola State Secretariat Complex.
