INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Multi-Sectoral Crisis Recovery Project (MCRP). The Project is implemented in the State by the State Project Coordination Unit (SPCU). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments for Health Sector: rehabilitation and Improvement of critical Health sector Infrastructure and other associated service delivery interventions in Adamawa State. The Project is specifically designed to recover critical infrastructure damage by the activities of the insurgents in the insurgency affected LGAs of Adamawa State.
The Adamawa State Ministry of Health represented by Multi-Sectoral Crisis Recovery Project, Adamawa State Project Coordination Unit, hereby invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of solar-powered inverter systems for rehabilitated Hospitals and Primary Health Care centers in Adamawa State as contained in the table here under.

Bidders may bid for one or several Contracts as further defined in the bidding document.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
A detailed requirement and scope of works for the assignment are enclosed in the bidding document.

Bids must be sealed and bear the specific identification of this bidding process and should be delivered to the address below on or before 5 December, 2023. Electronic Bidding WILL NOT be entertained and Late Bids will be rejected.
